John Bush was back in 1984 asked by Metallica to be their vocalist, this was because
James Hetfield wanted to concentrate more on his guitar-work. It happened around
just before they started the recording of Ride The Lightning. But at that time John's
carrier with Armored Saint was a much bigger priority so he turned down the offer.
